She has spent nearly three decades working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and people. That work has taken her across Fortune 100 client engagements, deep into the meetings and events industry, and into the executive coaching space, where she has logged hundreds of hours working 1:1 with leaders who needed more than a plan. They needed someone in their corner while they navigated what came next.
She listens carefully, asks the questions that cut through the noise, and has a way of helping people see their own situation more clearly, what is possible for them, and for the organizations they lead.
