I solve the complex, interconnected problems that keep leaders up at night - the challenges where the path forward isn't obvious and conventional approaches fall short.
For nearly three decades, I've worked with Fortune 100 companies designing and leading strategic initiatives across organizational leadership, operations, and transformation. My experience includes designing and delivering capability-building training and development programs across corporate and academic settings.
What makes me effective: I see patterns others miss, and I ask questions that cut through noise to uncover what actually matters. I bring fresh eyes to situations where internal teams are too close to see clearly.
The best strategies fail without leadership capacity to execute them. Organizations need both strategic clarity and leaders who can navigate complexity, make tough decisions, and sustain momentum through change. That's where I work - at the intersection of strategy and leadership development.
